Master Thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility concept (CSR). This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is engaged in explaining basic knowledge, also evolution of the corporate social responsibility concept in historical context and company activities in the economic, environmental and social area. The object of practical part, is to analyse and measure reports on corporate social responsibility according to the GRI Guidelines.

This diploma thesis focuses on the application of the concept of social responsibility in business practise of the companies Sanofi-aventis, s.r.o., MSD IT Global Innovation Center s.r.o. Heineken Česká republika, a.s. This application is based on mentioned theoretical foundations and qualiative research. The thesis also analyzes and evaluates the implementation of CSR strategy of internal marketing in chosen companies. The aim is to suggest activities to effective application of internal marketing strategy for these companies.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the CSR concept in a selected company. On the basis of theoretical knowledge together with a suitably chosen methodology, the main part of the work follows, where the level of corporate social responsibility in the economic, social and environmental areas is evaluated. The results are followed by a design part, which contains ideas and measures leading to the creation of the company's concept.

Analysis of the Level of Implementation of CSR in the Company

Diploma thesis deals with the question of Corporate Social Responsibility and researches the level of its implementation within the company. The first part of thesis focuses on the theoretical explanation of the CSR issue (Corporate Social Responsibility) in some company. In the second part the CSR implementation of the company is analyzed, divided into three areas - economic, social and environmental. Based on the discovered information the Recommendations will be proposed to improve the current Company approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. The benefits that the Company acquires improving CSR, will be evaluated.

This diploma thesis is focused on corporate social responsibility. It analyses current situation in area of CSR incompanies situated in Czech Technology Park Brno. Further it analyses attitude to this topic from point of view of the czech company TOS – Kuřim OS, a.s. specialized in civil engineering. It includes suggestions how to strenghten corporate environment and reliability as well as the image of the company.

Motivation and ethic questions in construction company

This thesis deals with motivation and ethics in the construction industry. The goal of this thesis is to determine the level and potential specifics of motivation and ethics in the construction company. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic terms related to the topic. In the practical part of the thesis hypotheses are set, and their correctness is verified through a questionnaire survey and supplemented by a directed interview. Questionnaires are destined for construction companies and direct interviews are conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with the staff of construction companies. Based on this the hypotheses are then confirmed or disproved. Furthermore, based on these surveys, conclusions and recommendations that would help to improve the situation in construction companies are deduced.
